MPCC Clubhouse Renovation Project

This project was a renovation to the world famous Monterey Peninsula County Club clubhouse that was built in 1926.  There was total of 4000 square feet added to the building and a total of 5000 square feet of outdoor terrace added to the building.  

 

FCS services included pre construction services, was the owners representative and performed day-to-day onsite construction project management services for this project.
