Rancho San Justo Renovation


The project is a lease-leaseback project which started in February 2017 and is scheduled to finish in August 2017.  The scope of the project is to install a new administration building and a new staff room, two new on-grade ADA compliant restroom buildings, a complete new fire alarm on the campus and a complete IT upgrade including new WAPs, VOiP phones and bell-clock system.  Additionally, this will give the school a true ‘front door’ feel and allow for controlled access on the campus.


FCS was responsible user group programming meetings, design review, bid management, review certified payroll for Davis-Bacon compliance and day-to-day onsite construction project management services for     this project.
