Sunnyslope School Renovation
The project is a lease-leaseback project which started in February 2017 and is scheduled to finish in October 2017. The scope of the project is to install 13 new classrooms, a new administration building and a new staff room. Additionally, this will give the school a true ‘front door’ feel and allow for controlled access on the campus.
FCS was responsible user group programming meetings, design review, bid management, review certified payroll for Davis-Bacon compliance and day-to-day onsite construction project management services for this project.
